Marble Diamond Wire Saw with Rubber Injection
Increasing sawing speed provides marble producers with significant benefits, including reduced energy and water usage, as well as lower operator costs. For instance, boosting the speed from 11 to 16 m²/h can lead to substantial cost savings, especially when extracting compact marble (where the standard sawing cost is 100). We focus on optimizing the combination of high-performance diamonds and the ideal metallic bonds for each material, ensuring that every application achieves maximum efficiency and improved outcomes.
Aria Diamond Tools is proud to be the first in Iran and Asia to produce and supply diamond wire saws with rubber injection for some of Marble Diamond Wire Saws . These wire saws offer several key benefits:
Cost Efficiency: These diamond wire saws don’t need reassembly until the diamond particles are fully worn out, leading to significant savings in cutting costs. In contrast, traditional wire saws assembled with bush and spring methods often require non-standard reassembly on-site, which reduces their efficiency—a problem that doesn’t occur with rubber-injected wire saws.
Durability: They are designed to prevent wire breakage in quarries where stones contain high levels of silica, quartz, and feldspar, which typically cause the core wire and other assembly parts to wear out quickly.
Enhanced Safety: The rubber injection reduces the risk of assembly parts being ejected in the event of a sudden wire break during cutting, ensuring greater safety.

Granite Cutting Wires Produced by Aria Diamond Tools
Aria Diamond Tools manufactures various types of diamond particles for granite cutting using the sintering method. These diamond particles are produced in different grades based on the hardness and other characteristics of granite stones and are designed for cutting various types of granite, including the hardest and most abrasive ones.
For most diamond wire applications, except for small cuts in marble quarries, beads with diamond concretions are commonly used. In granite quarries, cables are typically reinforced with vulcanized rubber, while plastic injection is more commonly applied in granite and marble sawing operations. Vulcanized rubber, though more complex to implement, is preferred for granite quarries due to several advantages:
Superior Adhesion: The vulcanized rubber bonds more effectively to the beads and support cable, offering enhanced protection against abrasive pastes, particularly when the cable bends at tight angles during quarry cuts.
Heat Resistance: Vulcanized rubber can withstand high temperatures caused by insufficient water cooling, a common issue in quarries. In contrast, plastic tends to soften and lose its structural integrity under similar conditions.
Increased Flexibility: Rubber-fitted cables are more flexible, reducing the risk of irregular bead wear (known as ovalization) and ensuring smoother and more efficient cutting performance.
